Forest Glen is one of the 77 community areas in Chicago, and is located near the intersection of I-94 (Edens Expressway) and Foster Avenue.
The only railroad route through the area was a Milwaukee Road mainline, now Canadian Pacific and the Metra Milwaukee North District.
